Hours

The Plemmons Student Union holds regular building hours throughout the year. Our hours vary during home football games, exam week, holidays, and academic breaks. Find our detailed hours listed below. For changes due to adverse weather, please see our adverse weather policy.

Regular building hours

Below are our regular operating hours during the fall and spring semesters.

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 11:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

*On Saturdays when there is a home football game, the Student Union will open during designated tailgating and close 30 minutes after kickoff, unless the facility’s hours are extended to accommodate Early Voting.

Note: The temperature in the main areas of the Union will be lowered for energy conservation. Office suites and offices will remain the same. No reservations will be held in the Union during this time. Routine maintenance projects will occur in the facility.
Saturday, December 20 through Wednesday, January 1: Closed (Staff Access Only)
Note: The exterior doors of the Union will be closed. The temperature in all areas of the Union will be lowered for energy conservation. If you need to enter the Union during this time, be sure to dress warmly. Staff will need to use their AppCard to access the building.
Friday, January 2: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Admin Offices Only, Limited Bookings)
Note: Temperature settings in the Union will return to normal. Routine maintenance projects will occur in the facility.
