For event organizers

The Plemmons Student Union strives to create and maintain a facility that is welcoming to all Mountaineers and their guests. The resources listed below may help your event be more accessible:

• ADA ramp for stage access
  • Must be requested at least 3 business days in advance
  • Requires a significant amount of floorspace, which may reduce event capacity
• Assisted listening devices
  • Must be requested at least 3 business days in advance
  • Can be deployed in most (but not all) rooms
