The Plemmons Student Union is currently accepting limited reservations for the 2023-2024 academic year.
In the past, the Student Union managed our own space independently, as did most other campus facilities. The University is currently in the midst of introducing a single space management system for all of campus. Having all of campus on a single system will streamline the space request process, promote more efficient space utilization, and will provide the University with valuable usage data so that our increasingly limited resources can be allocated to best serve Appalachian students, faculty, and staff. The Student Union and the University appreciate your patience while the new system is being introduced.
