Plemmons Student Union and Legends

Brad Vest is the Associate Director of the Plemmons Student Union and Legends Night Club, which provides a wide variety of programs that enhance learning and campus life. Brad oversees the operations of these facilities and leads a team of 150+  people who help make Appalachian an inclusive environment for the campus community.

Brad earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lander University, and Masters of Arts in Student Development - Administration from Appalachian State University. He is currently working on his Doctorate of Education in Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Georgia.

Professionally active with the Association of College Student Unions International,  Brad held several regional and international leadership roles as well as receiving the Smith-Steele Award for his contributions to the association.

Brad was awarded the Club Council Staff Adviser of the Year, Appalachian State University Student Affairs Center Stage Award and the W. H. Plemmons Leadership Medallion.
